For the last 4 months, the home inventory in Frederick County has remained unchanged at approximately 2,000 active homes for sale.  Currently, there are about 150 resale homes selling per month, which equates to a 13-month inventory, vs. a 20-month resale inventory a year ago (whenthere were approximately 3,000 homes for sale).  Home sales are increasing each month, therefore, the market supply will continue to decrease.  We will keep you informed on a monthly basis, but if you have any questions, please give us a call.
